Introduction: The 23rd China International Kitchen and Bathroom Facilities Exhibition will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from June 5th to 8th. Currently, there are already from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland. 1,180 famous Chinese and foreign manufacturers from Russia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam, China and Hong Kong and Taiwan signed up for the exhibition, with an exhibition area of 210,000 square meters. On the basis of the previous 22 sessions, the scale of the exhibition has not decreased.

The China International Kitchen and Bathroom Facilities Exhibition has been in operation for more than 23 years since 1996. It is well-known and influential in the country, Asia and the world, and is regarded by the industry as the “wind vane” for industry development. According to statistics, the last exhibition attracted 107,700 merchants and professionals from home and abroad to visit and order, and 65.95% of exhibitors reported a turnover of RMB 13.403 billion.

"Integration, embedding, green, interconnected, smart, healthy, innovative" will be the main theme of this exhibition. The exhibition continues to follow the concept of “honesty, trustworthiness and effectiveness” to showcase the new concepts, new trends, new technologies and new products of the international construction industry with a new look, to deliver the latest market information and exchange world-class technologies. The exhibition covers residential technology and electrical appliances, building heating, boilers, piping technology and water treatment, architectural ceramics, marble and stone products, doors and windows, roof technology and processing equipment, flooring and paving technology, coatings, wood and processing technology, construction The design and environmental planning, intelligent management system and other tens of thousands of products, the variety is more complete, the products are more detailed, showing the production level and development trend of today's building materials industry and residential construction industry. This exhibition will organize and attract visiting delegations, industry associations and experts from home and abroad to visit, guide and exchange. 我国每年进口高端卫浴产品500亿

年初,关于智能马桶盖的新闻引爆社会,引发了上至高层下至百姓的大讨论,也将国产智能卫浴产品一举推到台前,接受整个社会的拷问和检验。虽然来自各方的声音不一而足,但有业内人士估计,热点新闻的传播,至少将智能马桶盖在中国的消费周期提前了五年,打开了数以亿计的市场空间。

智能马桶盖“火了”,但在带动消费的同时,也暴露出了一系列值得中国卫浴制造企业深深思索的问题:中国卫浴产业的最大问题在哪里?传统产品的智能化方向是什么?

海关进出口数据显示,2014年1~12月,卫浴产品进出口总额为160.55亿美元,同比增长12.31%。其中,出口总额为153.36亿美元,同比增长12.86%;进口总额为71.92亿美元,同比增长1.83%。

在低迷的市场环境中,卫浴产品的出口仍然保持了10个百分点以上的增长,其中,按摩浴缸、淋浴房、塑料花洒3类增幅超过10%,塑料花洒甚至增幅达42.20%,势头强劲。

然而,这看似红火的增长数据背后,却并没有带来实实在在的利润,不少企业仍然感觉到日子艰难,面临很大的市场压力。广东华艺卫浴有限公司董事长冯松展直言:“卫浴行业出口程度比较高,但今年由于欧元一路下跌,出口形势并不理想,一方面,客户希望我们降低价格,而随着劳动力和原材料成本的不断上涨,国内企业的利润空间已经被压到很低。另一方面,产能过剩也是行业面临的主要困难,由于过去企业过多,盲目进行生产,导致产品出现了严重的供大于求的情况,恶性竞争再次摊薄了企业利润。”
